Stuffed Sirloin Steaks [Tom]

Shopping List:
~ 2 Top Sirloin Fillets 1/3 to 1/2 lb each
~ 1 teaspoon chopped flat leaf parsley
~ 1 teaspoon diced chives
~ 1 small minced garlic clove
~ 2 slices of blue cheese 1" x 2"
~ A pinch of salt and pepper

Stand the steak on it's side and cut a pocket.




Stuff the pocket with the ingredients
Use 2 to 3 toothpicks in each to hold the pocket together
Grill to taste
